I worked for HAC for 8 years. Debbie is the best boss I’ve ever had. She’s fair and is always there for you. And not just Debbie. The entire staff at HAC! I worked for Home Attendant Care (HAC) for multiple years and found Debbie Gann to be one of the most, if not the most, caring employers that I have ever worked for. (I am in my mid 60s) I  read a the post that no masks were worn during the highest point on COVID and can tell you that is absolutely false.  Debbie has followed the guidelines 100%. Actually that's why I chose to leave HAC.  I don't agree with the guidelines and find them to political. And I hope that when all this crazy stuff ends to return to HAC. The care my dad received from Home Attendant Care caregivers was more than we could have ever hoped for.  They made his life better.  They were thoughtful, professional, and kind. The whole team's flexibility as health needs changed was amazing.  From the team of caregivers, to the office staff who made everything happen when it needed to, they just took great care. I have been a caregiver for Home Attendant Care for 13 years. I LOVE my job and my company. My boss, Debbie Gann is the most effective business owner because she knows how to take great care of her staff and be sure the staff takes great care of our clients. Debbie has been there for me on personal matters just like a family member.
Throughout this wintery mess, she is out driving caregivers around to make sure our clients are cared for. The office staff is also terrific.
I've had some good, bad and neutral bosses, but Debbie is my hero boss.

I secure a job working for Home Attendant Care, I’ve observed compassionate care givers truly dedicated in giving the best care, pay attention to detailes writing daily notes, I’ve been a care giver for 8 + years & i’ve never experience a employer not only care about clients but also care about staff. Never a dull moment when you enter the office everyone is so kind & thoughtful you feel appreciate and welcoming, and there’s always a pick me up goodies you can crab to eat at the office before heading off to your shift. The caregivers are punctual, thoughtful, and they pay attention to the details. They are also very nice people who go out of their way to be helpful around the house. Highly recommended.
