We will provide you with the level of care you require, for as long as you need it.

You and our skilled Homecare Case Managers will develop a plan of care best suited to your own situation, whether you need assistance for 3 hours, 12 hours, or 24-hour Live-in Care. You determine the type and amount of service you need. We continually supervise the quality of care provided by our caregivers and monitor your changing care needs. We have the flexibility to increase or decrease your level of care according to changes in your physical abilities. You can choose from the following two levels of care:

Personal Care

  • Personal Hygiene: bath or shower, bed or seated
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence care
  • Ambulation: assistance with walking
  • Wheelchair assistance
  • Assistance with self-medication
  • Assistance with dressing
  • Transfer to and from bed, wheelchair, or commode
  • Assistance with exercise
    • *Personal care level also includes all Homemaker care services

Homemaker Services

  • Light housework and laundry
  • Cooking and preparation of nutritious meals. We also include occasional meals for visitors so that you can maintain your friendships
  • Transportation: shopping, personal services, medical appointments, outings and visiting friends
  • Standby assistance for bathing, walking and exercise
  • Feedback on changes in client status to concerned family members and medical professionals
  • Safety supervision, recreation stimulation and companionship


Assistance With Solving Your Care Problems At Home

You can be assured that all our services are provided by screened, qualified and supervised caregivers, and each year they receive on-going caregiver training. We will strive to maintain the same caregivers in your home over the term of your care.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident. Your Homecare Case Manager will work with you, your family and, when appropriate, other care professionals to develop your individualized care plan which will be documented daily as your care progresses. Your Case Manager will regularly visit with you to determine how well the plan is working, updating and providing additional caregiver training as necessary. A Homecare Case Manager is on-call by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to emergencies, information requests, assessments, or to begin services.

As a social work-based agency, we are able to connect you with appropriate referrals to social and medical services for ancillary services if needed. We are here to help! Our care is outstanding, and our fees are reasonable and competitive. We make every effort to keep these fees as low as possible while continuing to provide you with our high level of quality, individualized home care.
